Kent Christmas is best known for his work as the physical trainer for the WWE. He has also appeared on channels such as ESPN, Deadspin, Extra and has been a guest on The Jim Rome Show.

Kent Christmas Biography:-
Kent Christmas was born on June 6, 1979, in South Carolina. He also played basketball in high school, where he was a three-time All-Region player and a two-year varsity starter.
However, he decided to pursue a career in football instead of baseball when he went to college at the University of Illinois.
He starts as a linebacker but was then moved to tight end due to great athleticism. He ended up having a lot of fun playing sports and even earned the Student Association President at the University of Illinois.
However, more fame was yet to come his way.
Kent Christmas Career:-
The 6 feet tall, 248 pounds, Kent played professional football for the Indianapolis Colts in 2001–2002 for two seasons. In that period, he scored two touchdowns and had 44 receptions.
His football career didn’t last long due to the knee injury that left him sidelined for a while, so he decided to go back to college and earn a degree in health and exercise science.
His goal was to be a physical trainer for the NFL eventually, and he achieved his goal in the meantime. Moving on to become a certified athletic trainer, he was able to work with the St Louis Rams during their training camp in 2003 as an intern.
He also spent some time at Auburn University, where he worked as an assistant athletic trainer before moving to Duke University as an assistant football coach. While working at Duke, Kent met Mike Szabo, the head strength coach for the WWE.
The two hit it off right away, and Kent started working directly with WWE superstars such as Edge and Batista. His work with the WWE didn’t get him much recognition in his home state of Georgia. He then decided to move to Los Angeles, CA, to become a trainer for the NFL.
While working at UCLA as a graduate assistant strength coach, Kent started working directly with Tommy Vardell, the head strength coach at WWE.
Vardell was at that time so impressed by Kent’s work ethic and dedication that he brought him on board as a full-time assistant trainer in 2004 as a consultant while he was still working towards his Ph.D. degree. He would later become one of the foremost trainers and head trainers until 2009.
He worked with some of the biggest names in the WWE, including John Cena, Randy Orton, Triple H, and Batista. With his hard work and dedication, he was able to earn himself a spot as a trainer at the prestigious Arnold Sports Festival while also becoming a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
He also beat out 30 people and won the Best Trainer of The Year Award in 2010.

Kent’s father, Duane Christmas, was a starting defensive tackle for the University of Tennessee. He also has two older brothers, Ken and Kenny.
Kent is married to Molly, her boyfriend who grew up with him in South Carolina. he is also an assistant strength and conditioning coach in the WWE. They have a dog named BooBoo.

Kent’s sister, Karen, is eight years older and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia, where he owns a bookkeeping business.

Kent’s mother, Joyce Christmas, lives in Hephzibah, GA, with her husband Jack at their home, where he owns a concrete business. Both Kent and his father-in-law are still pretty active, and Kent lives only about an hour away from them.

Kent and his wife were married on May 23, 2011, and were living in Jacksonville, FL, at the time. They had been together for nearly a decade before getting married.
The two had a very loving marriage until August 2015, when he sued her for infidelity. He filed for divorce in August 2015, and the two mutual decided to have an amicable split.
